Mr Yue Yi, is a master degree holder and received his Master’s Degree in Finance from Wuhan University. He was the Vice Chairman, and the Chief Executive of BOCHK. He was also appointed as Chairman of BOCHK Charitable Foundation and BOC Life.

He was Chairman of Hong Kong Association of Banks, President of Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, Chairman of Chinese Banking Association of Hong Kong.

He was an experienced banker with 38 years of banking experience, embracing strong strategic thinking, international vision and innovative mindset.he had held different positions in a number of domestic and overseas institutions of BOC, and he engaged in and took charge of a number of different business areas including personal finance, corporate finance, financial market, investment banking and risk management.
