Mr Peter Sit is a Senior Partner of Sit, Fung, Kwong & Shum, a solicitor in Hong Kong, a Notary Public and a China-Appointed Attesting Officer. He is a Member of the Standing Committee on Standards and Development of the Law Society of Hong Kong and an Examiner of the Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examination.

In public service, Mr Sit is a Council Member of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Chairman of the University’s Governance Committee; he is a member of the Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries and Conditions of Service, the Air Transport Licensing Authority and the Appeal Board Panel (Town Planning).
